To make a return:
- Prepare your parcel and remember to include the completed return form and proof of purchase.
- Deliver the parcel to a nearby Courier branch, requesting that it be sent back to our company at the recipient's expense.

When the product arrives at the receiving address, the recipient's signature will be required for delivery. If there is no one at the destination for the pick-up, the Courier will leave a notice for you to contact the appropriate representative.
The timeframe to contact and re-set the shipment of the product is 5 working days. After this period, the product is automatically returned to our store. When the product is returned, we will contact you to offer you alternatives.
