To make a return:

1. Prepare your parcel and remember to include the completed return form and proof of purchase.
2. Deliver the parcel to a nearby Courier branch, requesting that it be sent back to our company at the recipient’s expense.

Costs:

– In case of replacement, the shipping cost of the new replacement is 3€ and is charged on delivery at the time of receipt.

– In case of a refund, the 3€ shipping cost is deducted from the refund on your account.

Procedure:

– In case of an error or defective product, the replacement or refund is not charged to the customer.

Update:

As soon as we receive your return, we will inform you by phone or via  email about its progress.

Notes:

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. The change process usually takes 5-7 days.

Useful Information:

All products must be returned unworn, labeled and in saleable condition.

In case of a refund, the money will be returned to your account within 10 working days.

Replacement or change is possible with product availability.

Products must be returned to the e-shop’s central warehouses.
