If your order was submitted by 13:00 (GMT) Monday to Friday, then it will be processed by us on the same day. Orders submitted after hours will be processed the next day.

If you no longer want the product, you must return it in order to receive a refund. To avoid this process, you can send an email with a cancellation request before the order is processed by us.

When the product arrives at the receiving address, the recipient’s signature will be required for delivery. If there is no one at the destination for the pick-up, the Courier will leave a notice for you to contact the appropriate representative.

The timeframe to contact and re-set the shipment of the product is 5 working days. After this period, the product is automatically returned to our store. When the product is returned, we will contact you to offer you alternatives.

Only orders concerning product deliveries within Greece are accepted.
Orders in Greece are shipped at the customer’s choice with the courier company “ELTA COURIER“, “ACS“.
There is the possibility that in Greece, inaccessible areas may be served by the local Post Office.
