To make a return:

1. Prepare your parcel and remember to include the completed return form and proof of purchase.
2. Deliver the parcel to a nearby Courier branch, requesting that it be sent back to our company with shipping charges billed to the recipient.

Costs:

– In the case of a replacement, the shipping cost for the new item is €3 and is payable by cash on delivery.

– In the case of a refund, the €3 shipping fee will be deducted from the amount refunded to your account.

Procedure:

– In the event of an incorrect or defective product, the replacement or refund will be provided at no additional cost to the customer.

Update:

As soon as we receive your return, we will notify you by phone or email regarding its status.

Notes:

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. The replacement process usually takes 5–7 business days.

Useful Information:

All products must be returned unworn, with all original tags attached, and in resalable condition.

In the case of a refund, the amount will be credited to your account within 10 business days.

Replacements or exchanges are subject to product availability.

Products must be returned to the central warehouse of our online store.

If your order is placed by 13:00 (Greek time), Monday to Friday, it will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next business day.

If you no longer wish to receive the product, you will need to return it in order to receive a refund. To avoid this process, you may send us a cancellation request by email before your order has been processed.

When the product arrives at the delivery address, the recipient's signature will be required. If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier company will leave a notice with instructions on how to contact their local representative.

You have 5 business days to contact the courier company and arrange a new delivery. After this period, the parcel will automatically be returned to our store. Once the product has been returned, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

We currently accept orders for delivery within Greece only.
Orders within Greece can be shipped, at the customer's choice, via ELTA COURIER or ACS.
Please note that deliveries to remote or inaccessible areas within Greece may be handled by the local Post Office.
