If your order was submitted by 13:00 (GMT) Monday to Friday, then it will be processed by us on the same day. Orders submitted after hours will be processed the next day.<\/p>\n

If you no longer want the product, you must return it in order to receive a refund. To avoid this process, you can send an email with a cancellation request before the order is processed by us.<\/p>\n

When the product arrives at the receiving address, the recipient’s signature will be required for delivery. If there is no one at the destination for the pick-up, the Courier will leave a notice for you to contact the appropriate representative.<\/p>\n
